XYZ Capital products are digital goods (software licences) delivered electronically. Refunds are limited due to the nature of digital delivery.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, by completing your purchase and receiving your licence key, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m). This is confirmed by the checkbox during checkout.
Once a licence key has been delivered to your email, no refund can be issued. The product has been fully delivered.
Refunds may be considered at our discretion for: (a) a verified technical failure we cannot resolve; or (b) duplicate charges from a technical error. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
